Adaptive M&A was founded in 2005 as a consulting agency exclusively focused on the Services industry. With offices in London, New York, San Diego, Berlin, and Singapore, our team of 60 consultants has built an exceptional private network of LSP owners, CEOs, and board members. Our journey into the M&A advisory space began organically, as LSP owners seeking retirement or exit approached us to leverage our extensive business network to find suitable buyers. Recognizing the growing demand, we officially converted this organic introduction offering into a full business service in 2012.
